Comavol - Community and Volunteer Expo

Community and Volunteer Expo (COMAVOL) is a free event to connect individuals with various community organisations and volunteer opportunities.

This premiere event will provide a platform for organisations to showcase their work and for attendees to learn about different ways they can contribute to their community through volunteering and about community groups they can connect with.

At COMAVOL 2025 we will have an amazing line up of Keynote speakers including: Michelle Kitney CEO of Volunteering NZ, Our own Christine Rankin CEO of Lake Taupō Hospice and Megan Thorn from Exult a company built to empower non-profits.

New to COMAVOL this year is the FUNDERS LANE! Where you will be able to press the flesh with groups like Sports Waikato, TDC Funding Team, Geyser Community Fundation including others.

As an extra special event this year. Straight after COMAVOL we will be holding the Tremains Volunteer Service Awards in the Great Lake Auditorium, where we will be recognising the outstanding efforts of our community volunteers
