Learning the language of energy - how to feel, access, clear & activate energy in yourself and others.

However most people are obstructed in mind, body and energy and are not accessing the full potential of energy that is available to them.

In this experiential, embodied workshop we will be exploring:

* Understanding the energy system including chakras, nadis, kundalini & layers of the body.
* Clearing blockages and obstructions to arising kundalini energy
* Basic techniques for clearing and activating your energy and others some are touch based and others not.
* Simple yoga (tantra & yin), movement, dance, bandhas, sound and breath for opening, release and activation.
* Basic dearmouring and heart awakening practice to clear and awaken the channel, move the energy and release emotional blockages.
* Understanding the relationship between emotion and energy. How your emotions are positive fuel to energise you.
* How to follow the innate wisdom of prana - energy in your day to day life
* How to cultivate, manage and powerfully use your energy to create the life you deeply desire.

This event is open to those of all experience levels from beginners to more experienced and you can work to your own level.

Please bring your own yoga mat, sheet/sarong, a light lunch for yourself - we will have a short break for lunch and you’re encouraged to eat lightly or not at all (fast) to support the process.
