Enchanted Forest & River Horse Ride (Korohe Horse Treks)

The Enchanted Forest & River is our most popular ride. Ride through beautiful native bush before making your way along the Waimarino River. Expect multiple crossings through the crystal clear river, where you might even see trout swimming beneath your horses legs. This hour long ride is suited to most abilities, total beginners can come along on this ride, but it is probably not suited to very nervous riders as it is a bit more technical than our Enchanted Forest Ride. We can also cater this ride for more experienced riders, make sure you book in a “Need for Speed” variation of this ride to experience the magic of the river along with a few more high-speed thrills through the forest.
