We are proud to say our studio is open to everyone - from absolute beginners to experienced yogis. We have regular weekly classes available in traditional Ashtanga Mysore style, in complementary Led Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
If you are new to yoga, you might like to start with one of our Mysore classes, a great way to start your journey on the mat, or alternatively a led style Hatha class. You will also find Tai Chi class and other therapies available, including accupuncture and hypnotherapy.
Our beautiful shala is purpose built, deliciously warm and fully equipped. Our teachers have a wealth of experience and have been teaching between them for over 25 years.
